How often pages are reviewed

Pages that discuss state legality, welcome offers, payment methods or tax rules are reviewed at least every 90 days, and sooner when a state passes a new law, a regulator issues new guidance or an operator changes its terms. When a page is materially updated we refresh the "Updated" date shown under the headline; we do not change dates for cosmetic edits. Older articles that are no longer accurate are corrected or removed rather than left to mislead.

Independence and advertising

Editorial decisions are made independently of any operator. Where the site earns a commission from links or advertising, that relationship never changes a rating, a ranking position or a factual statement.
